Job Description
Whitewater Photo Department Lead Associate receive raw digital photographic images and use technical expertise, creativity, and composition skills to transfer, edit, organize and prepare digital images for immediate display and sales to rafting trip customers. The Photo Dept Lead Associate uses computer software to produce finished digital images. No Photography Experience Necessary.

Significant Points
Photographers use digital cameras to capture images electronically and can be edited on a computer. Digital images are stored (i.e., copied) on SD memory cards. Once the raw images have been transferred (i.e., “imported”) to a computer using Photos processing software, the pictures can be edited, if necessary, to crop, enhance, or otherwise modify an image to achieve client directives. The final images in digital format are then further organized into individual file folders for easy retrieval, display, and sale to rafting trip customers. Computer processing training is conducted onsite and transferrable to all PRP client locations.
Performance is periodically reviewed, critiqued and fine-tuned to achieve PRP photo product standards requisite of the client company.
Paid Training: length of training varies according to employee’s ability to accomplish work duties.
Compensation - Paid Weekly by Direct Deposit
$13-15 Hourly (approximately 20-30 hours/week)
