Job Description

Delivery Driver (Runner) transport time-sensitive Photo Memory Cards from river photography locations to rafting company outposts. Runners assist photographers on-location, as needed.

Must be physically capable of working outdoors in all types of weather conditions and minimal climbing/hiking footpaths to photography locations and individual rafting outposts.

Must be comfortable with crowds and vehicular traffic, interstate and town, in all types of weather.

No Photography Experience Necessary.

Job Tasks

• Receive/collect/set-up assigned equipment and check working condition.
• Be aware of daily trip activity and any changes. Identify individual rafting companies and buses by sight.
• Assist Photographers, as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor work-related issues.
• Communicate with management regarding any need, issue and/or question.

Job Requirements

• Must be 17 years of age or older
• Provide/own and maintain reliable vehicle
• Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance 

Significant Points

Photographers use digital cameras to capture images electronically and can be edited on a computer. Digital images are stored (i.e., copied) onto a portable memory device: SD memory card. The SD card is then immediately delivered to a corresponding rafting company for their use to sell to rafting trip customers.

Performance is periodically reviewed and critiqued to achieve PRP standards requisite of client companies. Length of training varies according to employee’s ability to accomplish work duties.

Compensation - Paid Weekly by Direct Deposit

$13 Hourly plus $0.60 per mile (approximately 20-28 hours/week)

$18-25/hr - Average Hourly Equivalent
